Lindsey Graham’s Strange New Friends

Lindsey Graham recently co-authored an editorial for the New York Times with John Kerry, in which the two expressed their solidarity on the topic of cap-and-trade legislation (in case you’ve just recently escaped from captivity among one of the head-hunting tribes of the Amazon, they’re both in favor of it).
