Some local color

Spring has come in sunny and hot here at the Paco Command Center, which means plenty of flowers.

I'm not sure what all this stuff is, but it makes for a splashy combination.

Lilies are a great investment, because they come back every year and multiply without any assistance.

I don't know what this is, either; something the neighbor gave us. But it's feathery leaves and reddish flowers make it an elegant addition to the garden.

The flower in the bottom photo is red yarrow. I can't see the flowers in the top photo well enough to identify all of them.

Thanks, Rebecca. The neighbor who gave me a cutting didn't know what it was, either.

Your garden is doing beautifully considering how it was covered in so much snow in the Winter. It is very cold here at the moment, am sitting here with a blanket around my legs.

Very cold here as well. We're down to 95 as of a few minutes ago.:(

Yojimbo, it is 13 here or if you like in the old scale around 46degrees.
