Actually, everybody who circled the wagons to defend Weiner instead of actually investigating and reporting is looking pretty dumb. But what do you expect, he's a friend and friends stick up for each other.
And if it means they abdicate their responsibilities and professionalism, what the hey? What's more important, defending your clique or a free press?
So we are take it after a week of Weiner lying, then finally admitting he did lie, that it is his wife's fault, [partly] according to Chris Matthews, how on earth did he come to that conculsion?
