As Doug Ross says, "If you don’t get torches-and-pitchforks irate about this, you are not an American".
I agree. If you still vote for Obama after this, then I want to see your American passport in my hand by close of business.
More from Mark Steyn:
But a funny thing happened over the next six weeks: Obama's own cue balls shriveled.Dear Lord, please deliver us from the clutches of this hollow man.
Deborah Leigh said...tar and feathers to go with the torch and pitchfork for this act of dereliction.. Larry O'Conner, asked why Mr. Wood isn't being given the Cindy Sheehan star treatment of a Gold Star father.
ReplyDeleteBonner should all over this.
He's no Jack Kennedy!
ReplyDeleteLyndon Johnson liked Air Support.
ReplyDeleteLiked it so much he made a game of it.
Obama is a jihadi sympathizer, it's obvious. Why all this handwringing?
I read about this over at Blackfive earlier in the day.
ReplyDeleteI'm amazed an operator didn't call in a gunship strike on the Whitehouse afterwards.
The more I read about this Benghazi Affair, the more I see Obambi culpable. He is, after all, C-in-C of the American military. Until I see explicit proof contra, I hold him directly and personally responsible. I hope the American people feel the same way.
ReplyDeleteFriday as a bad day for me - 1) Sources at State claim that Hilary requested increased security in Libya, rebuffed by Obama. At least that explains her willingness to go under the bus - she knew there was a knife going into Obama's ribs and she'd still get credit for courage and forthrightness while avoiding blame for stabbing the boss. 2) CIA denied permission for their team to respond to the consulate attacks. Some operatives, including Wood and Doherty, disregarded the orders and went anyway, not being slimy political cowards. Paid with their lives but at least evacuated the consulate staff except the Ambassador, who was probably offsite being sodomized to death 3) The CIA operatives had targets illuminated for either an AC-130 or armed drone, no weapons release was ever granted.
ReplyDeleteI made a point of avoiding discussions on that topic because it'd be too easy to lose my temper and say the wrong things. As a deployable DoD employee there are some topics it's best for me to eschew.
