It's not a capital charge, is it?

No, no I'm afraid not: RFK, Jr. arrested in pipeline protest.

Still on a positive note I believe this is the first time we've heard of a Kennedy for several years, perhaps not since the demise of the late unlamented Sir Ted. Long may the clan remain in well deserved obscurity. It does seem consistent with the family's traditions though that when they do surface it's in connection with a criminal act.

Isn't this the same Kennedy who got away with a blatant hit-and-run drunk driving charge in DC a while back?

Spiny: My dear fellow! You'll have to narrow it down more than that.

cac: You're right. I don't know of any who presently hold a significant political office. I think they're pretty much like the debauched remnant of some deposed minor nobility.

Bet some of them flew into this event on private jets.

Paco, I'm sure Spiny meant to write "DID NOT get away with a blatant hit and run drunk driving charge" which would indeed be a mark of distinction in his family.
