The Paco Command Center will be maintaining radio silence for a day or two, so consider this an open thread. You might want to, ahem, discuss any interesting books you've read lately, or comment on the intriguing dynamics of the current Australian political scene, or mull over Dennis Rodman's trip to North Korea, or maybe just groove on this 1947 Lincoln Continental...

Rodman will be visiting the Norks? Talk about your clash of (non-) cultures!

Deborah said...That 1947 beauty is a fitting carriage for the author of the new approaching hit book, "Che! The Lost Diaries". I'll bet that Dave Carter fellow has it on his list along with the new fedora...and something for his beautiful missus. Hey, he must be married since all the successful ones are.

North Korea let Rodman in?!? Well, it's probably not any more damaging than John Kerry. Oh wait....Ah for the old days of the Globetrotters.

Hey, Richard & Paco. How about a digital version of the Diaries? For my Kindle.

By golly, having Dennis Rodman visit ought to scare the Norks more than anything we could threaten them with.

Does Rodman have one of the approved haircuts?

Rodman was a very good defender and rebounder. He was competent at basketball. John Kerry is good at marrying rich women. I make it

Rodman-2
Kerry-1

Well, I was wrong about Rodman clashing his culture with the Norks.

Excuse me, but I feel an urgent need to vomit.
