Liberals employ an interesting rhetorical device to deflect public musings on the nexus between Islam and terror

I believe linguistic technicians refer to it as “gobbledygook”.

Why does anything that requires thoughtful analysis make liberals stupid?

  4. Alex Jones is insane. The stupid follows from that.

  5. I've always believed that Art Bell (and his replacement, George Noory) play along with their loony guests and conspiracy-minded callers for the entertainment value. King Truther Alex Jones is an entirely different animal. Insane? Yeah, that might explain the occasional (and seemingly random) episodes of screeching and ranting he indulges in. His show is carried by the local AM station and I used to listen in for laughs, but now I find him quite disturbing. Something ain't right with that boy...

  6. That article says it well, but remains polite. I do not have that ability or patience.

I do not understand how someone in the real world could write that. Correction, I understand how an academically indoctrinated lefty could write that.

On the Jone's thingy, he is stupid from the right. The extremes of politics are so engulfed in the ideology, they don't see reality.

There is no way the US Government had a malicious hand in this for nefarious causes. The various agencies clearly were incompetent.

One must wonder, because we do not know, what happened to that student from an Al-Quwda familly who was in the US on a student visa. Did he actually go to college?

  8. Deborah said... rinardman, they start from stupid rather than being made stupid.

The Left is making these terrorists out to be good guys who were led astray. I'll bet the defense uses it as part of their plan. He looked up to his brother, blah, blah, blah. Well, little terrorist, you did the deed, now you get the prize...a ticket to paradise and whatever Chechniyans get.

  9. I always liked "bafflegab"... I guess I just like the word baffle. Like in the classic headline "Scientists Baffled by..."
