Deborah ... The cat sounds like a hybrid pet. If it is it might not be hard to capture. In the meantime, it's a sure bet the feral dog problem will be much improved.

ReplyDeleteA lot of people (illegally and stupidly) keep wild animals as pets. Sometimes, those critters get (or are let) loose.
ReplyDeleteLacking a photo, it's impossible to say if this an exceptionally large cat, a hybrid, or a former inmate, I can only file this as "interesting".
Latest pictures seem to show that it's a cross between a Savannah cat and an ordinary house cat. Seems to be about twice as big as an average house cat.
