"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
It would have been better, if it didn't have the normal cricket sound behind the slowed down chorus. Too distracting.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I still hate crickets.
Cricket sound is my favorite sound at night, especially when the days start to get cooler. I'll never hear cricket sounds the same way again.
ReplyDeletehaunting. I really like the one comment: all God's creatures shall sing His praises"
ReplyDeleteThere's a meme going around that the creator of the cricket song stole it from an opera singer's recording, and it's not actual crickets, but the opera singer was asked to do a song (The Ballad of the Twisted Hair) using the slowed down cricket sounds. You can get the cricket sounds (God's Chorus of Crickets) thru amazon.com.
