Rex Harrison is a famous conductor suspicious of his wife in Unfaithfully Yours (directed by the great Preston Sturges).
"Limey", although I know its about sailor's scurvy rations, it always reminds me of latrines, you tip a handful of powdered lime down the hole instead of flushing.
