Power is like books

People who “borrow it” frequently don’t return it.
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) says President Barack Obama, “will borrow the power that is needed to solve the problems of immigration.”

    I think Durbin meant to say 'usurp' but knew all of Obama's supporters would just giggle at that funny word.

    I think Julius Caesar and Napoleon both "Borrowed Power". But they did have great achievements too.
