Happy Feet Friday
Here's something a little different: a late-40s, bop jazz piece called Mingus Fingers, featuring the great bassist Charlie Mingus, backed up by Lionel Hampton's band.
Wow. I love that 40s-50s sound, especially these more noir moody tunes like movie soundtracks.
