I'll be offline for a few days, so make yourself at home in the comments section.
BTW, saw this bit in the animated movie, Zootopia. The scene is set in the town's Department of Motor Vehicles. I think we've all had a similar experience.

Paco, hope your family is ok through the storm. Give Maggie a hug for us. On a funny kid note, we were at Church's Chicken yesterday and the tv was covering Matthew. A mother was explaining the storm to her three year old. He was fascinated. Later, the little boy stopped to lecture/spin a tale about the storm.
ReplyDeleteThe funny part was the authority that he projected even when filling in areas with nonsense. The kid has a bright future in politics...or a media host.
Or in defending the more extravagant claims of the Climatistas.
ReplyDeleteI think I suffered along with that rabbit. Our DMV people, though, are less like sloths and more like wolverines.
ReplyDeleteAs a former DMV officer, sometimes it's hard to be nice when facing stupid, arrogant, demanding, disrespectful people who have preconceived ideas about you and your job.
DeleteI miss the old days when The Boss would go away and leave the place to us. Oh! The parties! The meade! And Wronwright! Where are you Wron? I miss ya!
ReplyDeleteTrump burnt his bridges saying he'll see Hillary "in jail". We used to wonder if he was a Hillary plant or something. Maybe at first he was just taking the GOP side because he saw a niche to promote himself. Well a lot of guys join the army thinking they'll have a good time, and become heroes by being in a certain place with the right skills when they can do a heroic deed remembered for generations.
ReplyDeleteTrump's about to experience the full force of the Clinton psycho-blowtorch. I wish him Godspeed and believe he has now earned a place in serious history with his epic campaign, full of risks and uncertainty (including the usual quota of blunders, which prove he's human).
To support my argument (I see some think T may still be a Clinton plant), would anyone else but Trump have been able to do this?:-

I think he has found his niche, but it's a far more terrible journey than he realised at first. Do people still think he's not serious?
Deborah as a toddler, trashing Paco's comment section, while Paco was away.
ReplyDeleteThe Shrillary trolls are astroturfing in force through comments elsewhere. Plus the brainwashed aspiring courtesans and sycophants who do it for free of course.
