Now I want some cornbread. I like mine a little sweet, so a little sugar is added to the mix. We use Jiffy, but I'll have to try this. Any product that those Flatt and Scruggs boys say is good must be good.

You said it! Also, we once made some hot cornbread with Habanero pepper, using the Ass-Kickin' Corn Bread Mix. Really hot, but really good.

I didn't see the Hot Rize on Martha White's site. But they have many other fine products.
