Two important things to keep in mind
Joe Biden is only a "moderate" when compared to a professed Democratic Socialist; his policy prescriptions are ruinously left-wing.
Yeah all that folksy 'ol Joe' stuff hides a very nasty piece of work. It's possible all his bumbling is a fake play for sympathy too - that would be typical of a sociopath, which he seems to be. The way he won't stop the handsies shows he is either an idiot (unlikely if he got this far) or like a psychopath he keeps pushing to see what he can get away with.
I did read somewhere about the day he and his family took over a small investment house to run their finances through, they moved in like a mafia operation. Sinister.
This is no new revelation. There's a reason he chose to plagiarize Marxist British Labour Party leader Neil Kinnock.

Just look at his son, Hunter. That creature didn't learn his lifestyle from comic books.
