That would be an improvement, although his handlers might get someone to mimic Ol' Plugs voice, and make sound coherent. A bit harder to manage with live appearances, though, and the lip readers would likely have a lot of fun.
The kindest thing his handlers could do is to put that old man into a rocking chair on the porch, and make sure he has a never ending supply of beer.
Sadly, they will continue to allow Biden to continue to embarrass himself.
And, by extension, those loathesome creatures are embarrassing the DNC, which cares more about not admitting to a mistake and staying in power. For my money, the donks can make fools out of themselves all they want.
But I shake my head whenever I see donk supporters say "Vote blue, no matter who!" That sort of thinking only encourages the donks to put puppets on the campaign trail.
It's already been suggested that Slow Joe's podcasts take on a co-host so that they can record Joe's remarks (edit out the worst parts), and have the co-host and guests comment on what he said (except for the edited parts). I am simply astonished that the Democrats are continuing to cling to him as their presumed candidate. They have GOT to have something else in mind. OTOH, Trump would absolutely wipe the floor with him during a presidential debate, so maybe it's not a bad thing for us.
With Biden, more is less, so Dems would be wise to restrict his clown act to the extent possible. I think Rebecca (and others) are right in thinking there's a good possibility that the donk leadership is going to pull the old switcheroo sooner or later, installing Cuomo or Kobuchar or (if they were really smart) Tulsi Gabbard.
