No. He is not cured. And if any of my grandchildren had been abused by him, he would not ever abuse another one from the minute he stepped outside the prison walls.
I'm with you, Rebecca. I can't wrap my mind around the lunacy of this decision. I mean, this monster, himself, admitted he'd probably commit the same heinous crimes if given the opportunity.
