The amount of lost revenue and the cost of the real estate on that vid is unbelievable.

On the plus side, I'm thinking of buying the Empire State Building. It should cost about $50 next summer.

There is a "former" Chinese General who purchased a tract of land near the southern border in Texas to put in a wind farm. Interestingly, the wind generators mess with radar. This poses a threat to the Air Force training flights, and National Security. Air traffic would couldn't be seen.
It's a great way to take over without firing a shot.
In the meantime, all those New Yorkers in million-dollar apartments are busily packing up.
