Nothing screams GUILTY like destroying evidence.
Nothing screams 'above the law' like destroying evidence and there being no repercussions.

Apparently the number of phones (evidence) destroyed is up to 31.
I don't see how this isn't blatant obstruction of justice.
The operative words are "at least".
