I sometimes wonder if their speech writers are vying with each other to see who can get their pol to say the most stupidest thing,
Is there a form of Tourette syndrome that involves people with a tic that results in sudden, repetitive stupid comments?

Maybe her cameo appearance on Star Dreck as “President of Earth” went to her (empty) head?
