From Powerline's The Week in Pictures.
"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
Every one of those things is my home improvement video.
ReplyDeletePretty impressive grip on that pistol.
ReplyDeleteThe email thing is right on the money.
ReplyDeleteKatrina vs Karen reminded me of an encounter I had in the park with one who wanted to lecture me on the leash laws (there hadn't been anyone around so I let my old, slow, fat dog off the leash for a bit so she could get some exercise). I had the same amount of disdain for Leash Nazi Karen, and she absolutely couldn't deal. I'm sure I was one of many, many, many reports she's made to whoever is in charge of enforcing leash laws.
The turkey video made me laugh. I love animal videos with human voiceovers. Don't judge me.
I bet that was exciting
ReplyDeleteI was once involved in something like that, only on a slightly smaller scale, and yes, it was exciting. Not shocking, luckily, but it was exciting for a second or two.
And hard on tools.
BTW, I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what's on the other side of the flat earth.
ReplyDeletepillars... Job 9:6 and Psalm 75:3 Asaph quotes God: “When the earth totters, and all its inhabitants, it is I who keep steady its pillars”
ReplyDeleteJob was a whiner. Everybody knows it's turtles all the way down.
