Well, Rev, here's the thing: Thomas Jefferson did try to overthrow the government, and he succeeded, and his face is now immortalized on Mt. Rushmore (in case you can't figure out which one he is, he's second from the left).
MSNBC always has been, and always will be, garbage media, and the presence of talking (air) head, Al Sharpton, in any capacity other than that of the guest of honor at a dunk-the-clown tank, is an obscenity.
the first vote I cast was for Reagan, who promised to lower taxes and shrink the government, and was demonized; Trump promised the same and is demonized; you know you're over the target when you're taking flack.
ReplyDeleteI don't see either of them getting on Mount Rushmore or getting Nobel prizes and I disagree with Teddy and Abe being there, but what's done is done.
I've pointed that out to several people when the topic of insurrection and electing a felon came up; you know what would have happened to the founding fathers, john, paul, george, et al, hanging, if they were lucky, anybody watch Braveheart, yes, the King took treason very seriously.
