One usually has to turn to a Democrat press conference or softball interview to see this level of chutzpah
I'm not sure about the sueing part, but after hearing the description of the incident, I could understand a driver being traumitized by something like that. That's assuming the driver didn't intentionally try to hit the jogger(s).
"Chutzpah" is right. I can only shake my head.
