Haven't seen anything like this since my kids played Little League

  1. If the coach did not fly into a rage in the locker room, he should be fired.

    1. Yep. To put it mildly, you can't blame that on a bad call.

  2. I'm pretty sure that's a scene from the Bad News Bears.

  3. I love that the announcer called it a Little League Home Run.

  4. There was something akin to that at Optus Oval last night. Fremantle Dockers V Sydney Swans: at half time the Swans were 4 goals, 9 behinds for a total of 33 points. The Dockers, apparently under a hex, matched that with a total of 11 behinds. They couldn't kick a goal to save themselves.
To the surprise of all - including themselves, I dare say - the Dockers made a massive comeback in the last quarter and put on nine goals to win the game.

    2. Aussie rules football maybe?
I used to get that on a cable channel in NoVa about 20 years ago. I forget the scoring, how much between the posts and how much to the sides.
      I loved it.
It was just like what you'd expect of Aussie rules anything. It was like a combo of soccer, rugby, and kill the carrier.
