ReplyDeleteI, too, am guilty of operating machinery under the influence of caffeine. Were it not for caffeine's mellowing influence in the morning, I would probably be playing bumper cars with the idiots on the freeway.

ReplyDeleteI was told a long time ago that there is no specific thing it is against the law to be under the influence of. The law is broad enough to include anything they think they can get a conviction on. More proof, if needed, that 'safety' is not the purpose of the law - revenue is the purpose.
