All the TV shows about the FBI. Someone said the KGB was a much more efficient org than the CIA because they were kept lean and mean, while the CIA had unlimited funds for boondoggles. FBI may be similar, someone should have kept them hungry instead of a goal for careerists. This idea that more money gets results is obviously wrong.
