ReplyDeleteI think they're either psychotic, or just evil. The worst of them may be both.
There is a scene in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock that seems to explain it. Kirk has asked for certain concessions. The Klingon Captain refuses, Kirk asks why, and the Klingon replies, "Because you wish it."
