He's like a bad joke being told over and over again by some notoriously unfunny wise guy.
Let's stop asking them seeing as how the "back to normal" date moves further out every time we do. It's always going to be in the future with these folks. And they still won't come clean about what has to happen, what circumstances exactly have to be seen for them to deign to allow us to return to normal.
ReplyDeleteI'm seeing more and more people returning to normal without permission from the likes of Biden and Fauci. Even the liberal governor of my blueish state of Maine is announcing the reopening schools, allowing school sports programs to resume, etc. We still have the mask mandate for anytime you are outside, but fewer and fewer people are actually complying (anecdotally).
You knew it was coming, didn't you? As soon as the COVID numbers started dropping, and people started resuming fairly normal activities, here comes the news of "variants" of the disease: "more transmissible", "more contagious", but never a word about "more deadly". They want to keep us locked down for the foreseeable future using any scary story they can, but as stevew says, fewer people are buying into it.
ReplyDeleteI'll tell you something else that is coming (and, admittedly, I'm nowhere near the first person to mention it): this administration is going to use all kind of bogus health and safety issues to shut communities down, to isolate potential "troublemakers", and to impose penalties on people who refuse to be herded.
