She hangs Donald Trump dolls all over her mansion and then she shoots at them. Her aim isn't very good, though, because she's usually into her second box of chardonnay before she starts. That's why you never see Bill hanging around.
I'd say it's totally unlike Epateun, she pays people to hang them.
