Hyper-partisan viper and former Dem senator Harry Reid has shuffled off this mortal coil.
I don't know if he'll rest in peace or not, but I think I'll sleep like a top tonight.

ReplyDeleteOh, wait. I meant, oh darn! Poor Harry, I hate the hear he's dead. Such a wonderful guy, and friend of caring people. What a loss. I'm sure I'll feel the same way when Nancy Pelosi begins her journey in Harry's wake.
Did you see what Ace wrote in his sidebar?
ReplyDelete"He lost a long, heroic battle with (checks notes) elastic exercise bands."
Color me surprised since I thought he had shuffled off awhile back. He can only rest in peace if he likes heat...high, high heat.
ReplyDeleteCelebrity deaths happen in threes. Anyone want to speculate on Harry's two and three?
ReplyDeleteOne of my guilty pleasures is trawling through obit pieces on unpopular public figures. There's always a few gems in the comments.
ReplyDeleteAnd this one gets first prize from me. Found at Breitbart.
"In memory of Harry Reid, we will observe a moment of nonstop lying."
Breitbart strikes gold! Appropriate and funny.

ReplyDeleteHillary!
HILLARY!!
My first reaction (I'm never going to get into Heaven) when I heard Harry Reid died was, "Thank you, God, now do Nasty Pelosi."
