Boris Johnson resigns as Brit PM in order to spend more time with his hairbrush
Because if I have one insight into human beings, it is that genius, talent, enthusiasm, imagination are evenly distributed throughout the population. But opportunity is not.
Obvious Boris Johnson doesn't understand very much about human beings if that's what he believes.
