If the space aliens come and demand to be taken to our leader...
...they're going to be pretty incensed that we fobbed them off on this guy.
The first time I saw a 'Take me to your leader' thing since Biden's braintrust stole the election I decided I'd respond, "That's me!" Pointing them at DC would just be embarrassing.
A lot of this is going to show up in Republican campaign ads if Dopey Joe Burden can't be persuaded not to run in 2024. I expect, in that case, the Democratic response will be "Why are you picking on an old man, you meanies?"

I think you'd be saving us all a lot of embarrassment if you did that very thing.
