So, can these guys even get life insurance?

NASCAR driver Ryan Preece had what you might call a little fender bender in Daytona. He reportedly was able to walk away from this.

  1. That crash was never ending. They must be going much faster
than it looks. I'm glad he walked away.
Sad to say though that three of your finest have lost their lives after a US Marine Osprey went down during exercises just off Darwin.
It could have been much worse as there were about 20 of your boys aboard.
    One is still in ICU.
Best wishes for the families and wounded from all Australians.

  2. Seconding Mick's comments on the lost Marines.
With regards to Ryan Preece and his airborne auto, miracles do happen.

  3. And yet Dale, Sr. died in a crash that looked tame compared to this one.

And RIP to the Marines who died in the V-22 crash. I think that contraption has been responsible for more American soldier's deaths than enemy soldier's deaths.

  4. Aftermarket work on the driver's compartment must have been done by Protective Auto Cage Optimizers.

Dunno how many time he flipped over, I got giddy just looking at it.

  5. Steve: I believe the interns were doing the job that day.

RIP Marines. God rest their souls and comfort their families.
