Mere satire, or kinda/sorta true? You be the judge.

The Babylon Bee, of course: "Harvard Installs Jew Detectors At All Entrances".

  1. A friend who's a builder works for an old engineer. Built a bomb shelter for the fellow under his house - in Sydney(!). He tells everyone he is Estonian; he migrated from there a long time ago, but his name is German of the kind common among Jews. Well, the guy has been a left-wing fanatic all his life, even up to recently insisting we 'vote Yes' for aboriginal privilege changes to our Constitution and calling opponents 'fascists'. He is well-connected on the far-left.

I've been urging my friend to sound out whether this guy has changed his mind after 7th October, so far no update.

It's crystal clear here that the people this old guy calls fascists all support Israel (the Murdoch press and mainstream conservatives), while his far-left associates are all 'both sides' Hamas sympathisers. Surely it must dawn on him.

Oh, and the bomb shelter makes sense now - I see everyone in Israel has one. Before 10/7 we thought he was a tad over-wrought and paranoid. Per-capita, I think Australia has one of the largest Jewish communities in the western world and as a people they have made huge contributions to our development. (Muslims on the other hand...)

  2. Quite an odd development that the same people who cannot speak for three sentences without calling us "Nazis" are all in on genociding the Jews.

Kind of like how the people who claim to be anti-fascist (look, it's right there in their name!) marched en masse in public threatening to beat people up if they did give their outstretched arm salute. You know the ones, the ones who say "All Lives Matter" is racist and one may only say "Black Lives Matter?" Which, logically, is the same as declaring that only black lives matter.

  3. The Bee's article about how the CNN guy forgot to remove his Hamas headband before he went on the air didn't take long to be proven non-satire.
I do wonder who will be making the Jew-detectors.

  5. Some people are so cemented into their ways that they can stare truth right in the face and refuse to believe it.

  6. What Bucky said. The Bee's headlines are soon the MSM's headlines.

  7. The people at the Bee might as well apply for regular press credentials.
