That the modern world is still plagued by the actions on the international stage of these ignorant bullies is a black mark against the notion of progress. If we must have a war, let it be against these venomous throwbacks. Or, at the very least, Joe Biden, stop sending money to them and their proxies. Can we do that, at a bare minimum?
