I read somewhere that Biden's doctor didn't give him a cognitive test, or perhaps Biden refused to take one, I'm not sure. It doesn't really matter; giving Biden a cognitive test at this stage would be like Stanford giving me a test in particle physics - we all know how that would come out!
We've been watching Biden's cognitive decline in real time for years; we don't need to see test results to know his thought-box is wormy and termite-infested.

Everybody knew the doctor's report was going to be a nothingburger. Babylon Bee's report is more accurate.
