Where's Ross Perot when you need him?

I see crap like this and wonder how it's even possible: "J6 Prisoner Jake Lang Leaves Message with TGP’s Jim Hoft – Jake Is Being Tortured at the Brooklyn MDC Prison – HERE IS HIS HORRIFYING PHONE CALL – Where are the Human Rights Groups?"

Hell, where's the U.S. Supreme Court? How is holding somebody this long without bond or trial defensible under the constitution?

Note - The post title is a reference to Ross Perot's successful attempt to rescue two of his employees who had been imprisoned in Iran.

Update  Turns out that the Supreme Court is involved with certain aspects of the J6 "prosecutions".  Ace of Spades is on top of it.

I keep wondering why none of the j6 prisoners don't have constitutional challenges to their imprisonment;

I really wish Trump had done a blanket pardon, he would have been demonized and not in a position now to run for re-election, but it would have been more fair to the j6 people.

Where are the GOP iceholes in Congress?
DC is lost to us.
They view us as the enemy.

When they can hold someone in prison for four years without even a trial, this is not the America I grew up in.
