Assortment

Elon Musk is trying to pick up some of the slack created by the lazy, foot-dragging and base-unfriendly GOP establishment.

Don Surber: "You know, for a guy shot in the face, Trump is having a good week".

Hmmm. Maybe Trump should get a dog: "Babydog to speak at RNC". (Question: what kind of dog would be the ideal Trump companion?)

Some interesting footage from the day Trump was shot, via Paul Joseph Watson.

Hmmm. Another Biden FAIL.

Lutheran pastor James A. Roemke does a brief, but funny, impersonation of President Trump before the benediction.

Pranking Biden.

  1. Ralph Babet is a first term senator for the United Australia Party and he doesn't hide his light under a bushel. That said, Black's reaction is more interesting than Babet's condemnation.
Running for cover from a politician? Oh, I'm not friends with Kyle any more?
Time was when getting a rocket from a pol was something musicians bragged about.
There was Sinatra and the Australian press, too, if you remember back that far.

  2. Actually, I don't recall anything about Sinatra and the Australian press. I'll have to look that up.

  3. From Mauritius - the Senator here who wants to deport Jack Black, and Suella Braverman the outspoken UK Tory.

Their numbers unfortunately are shrinking, but there used to be a large percentage of colonial Subjects of the British Empire who were outspoken pro-West conservatives.

When these colonies got independence it became convenient to unite the fractious former subjects by emphasizing the negatives of colonialism, so we now have 'anti-colonialism' which is partly based on false assumptions and outright lies. But there are still a few remaining of the old school as we see.

  4. I am just embarassed about that crap band filling a stadium. I can't for the life of me imagine anyone I know paying money to see these fat never-has-beens.
The PJW video asks lots of questions and one I have is about the very large step ladder that was leaning against the building the shooter was on. I have seen aerial shots of it and I reckon it's at least a 12 footer. It is farcical to think it could have been missed in the most modest of sweeps of the area before the rally.
If they did see it and not act on the implications, well that defies logic.

  5. Mick, here's an answer to questions about why they didn't post someone on that roof:

But the short answer seems to be that the boss of USSS is an idiot.

Ace is always good read if you haven't already.
