If he can't be jailed, I at least hope former Capitol Police Lt. Michael "S**t" Byrd will be hounded for the rest of his life: "Justice Department ordered to answer for Jan. 6 killing of Ashli Babbitt".

They waited so long to do this, I don't expect anything of substance will come of it. Justice delayed is justice denied.
