We are in the best of hands

Update and bumped:  Actually, the first story is from late last year; still interesting, though.

"FBI agent had to erase public vitriol on Trump; Mar-a-Lago in field office’s jurisdiction".

Top FBI officials ordered an agent to scrub his Facebook page to delete anti-Trump vitriol before they would promote him to head the bureau’s Miami field office, which covers former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, a whistleblower told Congress.
In a disclosure to the House Judiciary Committee, the whistleblower said Jeffrey Veltri was promoted earlier this year to become the special agent in charge of the Miami office.
The whistleblower called Mr. Veltri “adamantly and vocally anti-Trump” and said FBI Director Christopher A. Wray, Deputy Director Paul Abbate and Executive Assistant Director Jennifer Moore were involved in directing Mr. Veltri to cleanse his social media.

So, the guy still got the promotion. The unhinged TDS and the lack of professionalism weren't the problem, just the fact that he didn't do a good job covering it all up.

I'm not sure there's anybody, or any group of people, who are going to be able to wield a big enough rake to muck out this stable. When some things get broken, you just need to throw them out and build something new.

Update  While would-be assassins are taking potshots at Donald Trump at will, at least the Feds are protecting us from the real menace: "Feds arrest New Hanover County Moms for Liberty vice chair on Jan. 6 charges".

The American STASI: sniffing out rebellion since 2021.

Update II  I'm glad to see that Florida governor DeSantis isn't willing to roll over and just let the feds make a mess/cover-up: "DeSantis Takes Matters Into His Own Hands on Assassination Attempt".

  1. Sure, conceal your hatred. Makes sense, if you hold the so-called "public trust" to disguise your partisan hackery as much as possible. Because we all know those square shooting truth tellers in the federal bureaucracy never permit political leanings to sway their professional performance.

Hey, how's that Crossfire Hurricane thing going, anyway? What happened to the special agent in charge, bet he's doing well in the Bureau, right?

  2. I remember back when Obama was elected there was talk of 'resistance,' and it be racist to resist Obama's objectives, and there wasn't much resistance; when Trump was elected there was talk of 'resistance' and it was the duty of every federal employee to resist the bad orange man's racist, tyrannical objectives.

  3. Good for DeSantis! I guess he realizes he could be on the hit list too, so this is a step toward watching his own back. People keep talking about tipping over into a civil war, but AfAIC, we're already in one.

    1. We've been in a cold civil war for a while now... and the moron lefty retards keep pushing for it to go hot. Because they're moron retards.

I don't know who first wrote it, but I've read that for the right, violence is an "on/off" switch. For the left, it's a dial. If it isn't obvious now that they are comfortable with a certain level of political violence, so long as it works only for them, then I don't know what to say.
