Sunday funnies

The vet? No, I don't think so.

The Trump effect.

Cats will rat you out very time.

If people acted like they do in cars.

"Eat your heart out!"

"Well, okay."

The minefield of British place name pronunciation.

From Power Line's The Week in Pictures.

    3. Ha! Right now we're concerned about a couple of CCP frigate warships disrupting air traffic off Australia's southern coastline and corresponding part of NZ.

That's just a couple hundred miles east of me. Reminds me of the Japs in WW2.

I wonder where in Sun Tze it says throwing childish tantrums is military strategy?

    4. Bruce, I'm sure you've seen this meme, but the CCP's machinations make it forever appropriate.

    5. It seems a Bruce has claimed the skipper of a game fishing boat 30 miles off Port Stephens north of Sydney.
They had hooked Mako and he got tangled in the gear and went over the side.
There was a Great White lurking beneath the boat. Game over.

    6. Now that's a tangle Mick.

    7. It seems there was no Great White involved. He was dragged dpwn by the Mako. You are off the hook Bruce.

  4. The British place names video was a hoot. Although making fun of place name pronunciation is shooting fish in a barrel. And living in WA as I do, there are more than a few traps for the unwary up here as well.

Woostah (Worcester) and try mispronouncing Lancaster, PA. Lankister with the accent on Lan.
