Plates were NC, probably local. We do have a few donks in the county. There are at least a few in my own neighborhood.
DeleteI see cars like that around here occasionally (the area is saturated with universities and community colleges), but fewer than I used to. I take comfort in the fact that putting all that junk on your car invites road gunk collecting underneath on your finish.
