Turning the tables on the nanny-staters
Professor Donald Boudreaux of George Mason University, in response to a suggestion by Professor Barry Popkin of the University of North Carolina that pizza should be taxed, offers a modest proposal.
George Mason really has a powerhouse econ department: Walter Williams, Donald Boudreaux, Veronique De Rugy of the university's Mercatus Center - just to name a few.
