The barbarians are winning.
ReplyDeleteRIP, Hermila Garcia.
When they start killing the women, Mexico is done for.
ReplyDeleteThe barbarians won long ago. It is puzzling that Mexico celebrates its' independence. But then this is the country that celebrates Cinco de Mayo (5th of May) that commemorates a minor battle. They fail to recognize that they were defeated roundly in the following battle in Mexico City.
ReplyDeleteMay God honor Hermila. And may He give comfort to her family, friends and community.
This was one very brave woman, think I saw a photo of her about a month ago sitting in the office with the jail cells behind her, and she was very keen to start cleaning up the area.
ReplyDeleteMay she rest in peace.
"Grito de Dolores" on 16 Sep is the Mexican Independence Day.
ReplyDelete"Cinco de Mayo" is a celebration for Chicanos and other such non-Mexicans existing outside of the boundaries of Mexico.
Cheers
