The Detroit Tigers beat the New York Yankees in a nail-biter, 3-2. The Tigers will now go up against the Texas Rangers this Saturday.

ReplyDeleteWhy not post about this subject? I think most of your regulars will agree that this is more newsworthy than, say..."Obama in a snit"...which is a regular occurance these days.
And anytime a east coast team is kept out of the WS, that's also newsworthy to those of us in "flyover country"!
Now, if the Cards can do the same for the Phillies...
The biggest problem I have with the Yankees getting beat is I have no one to cheer against now!
