I actually had a tofu turkey for Christmas once, only a very good cook can pull it off, but my old friend from Sand Diego did it. However I do not recommend it!

Bet you didn't know Buddha was opposed to fanatic vegetarians and forbade his disciples from fussing over diet: He died after eating bad pork, then his evil cousin took over the 'sangha' and imposed veggism. True!
