The NeverTrumpets keep braying about Trump's lack of respect for the "rule of law"...

...so I wonder what they make of Senator Chuck E. "Cheesy" Schumer's threat against two Supreme Court justices.
“I want to tell you Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch: You have unleashed a whirlwind, and you will pay the price.”
What "price" would that be, Senator Camera Hog? You gonna jump up and down outside the Supreme Court building, hooting and throwing your own feces at everybody?

This is probably just impotent posturing, but I don't think we can be too careful. Maybe the Secret Service or the FBI should be alerted.

He's white-knighting, or posing as a white-knight to the pro-abortion crowd.

'I will defend you ladies against the big bad men who want to take away your abortions' or that kind of thing.

Some young antifa nut may take him seriously - there's probably a lot of white-knighters among them. This is the worst kind of demagoguery, 'The Hun is coming for your women!'. Very dangerous talk.

Rational people understandably outraged by his "you'll pay a price" threat, but I still want to know what Chuckie meant by "you'll be gone in November". If Trump loses reelection, the Democrats remove his judicial appointments with a wave of their hand?

He also said, "You won't see it coming."

I guess Harry Reid's exit left a despicability gap in the Senate.

I would not be surprised to find that Schumer was just babbling. Politicians are known for their word salads.

But Schumer, were he an honest person, would own up to his words. If he was a genuine supporter of the Constitution, he would regret his words.

His honor is well known -- Schumer has none.

As for the Constitution ... ... I'm pretty sure he keeps a copy next to his toilet. And not as reading material.

Pretty ridiculous that Schumer could think he'd be able to bully the Supreme Court.

Oh, wait....

"Pretty nice spot you two justices have on the Supreme Court. Be a shame if something happened to them."

I think Schumer was trash talking, thinking people on his side would laugh and nod knowingly. That didn't happen.

Schumer decided to doubledown on the stupid, as is typical for donks these days. I mean, politicians seldom retract statements, but the donks are masters at digging their holes deeper and deeper.
