Back to the pound, Fido

"Sam Brinton Fired Following Luggage Theft Accusations".

Maybe he was just playing fetch.

  1. I'm totally surprised that a freak like that has problems!
I wonder if there were signs and we just missed them.

  2. Good riddance to bad garbage.

  3. Wouldn't it have been just too damn bad if this clown had stolen a bag, took it home, pried it open, plunged his hands in, and discovered some woman's coral snake collection.

  4. I wonder how long the line of LGBTQRST lawyers wanting to sue the government for 'wrongful termination' will be? They'll win, and he'll be quietly reinstated in a different job. And he'll go on stealing luggage knowing he's immune from prosecution and consequences.

What a great country this has become.

  5. At least they fired him, which is an improvement on their usual response. I guess he was just too embarrassing even for the Anything Goes crowd.

  6. A few people online have said that this explains Brinton's bizarre apparel choices - he simply wears women's clothes taken from random luggage.

But yeah, Veeshir, you'd have expected a guy like that to have displayed several red flags earlier.

  7. I reckon only a few years ago a person reading this story would have thought it came from Ripley's Believe it or not.
Imagine poor old Jack Palance trying to get this on video tape.
Now that person would just shake his head and wonder how much weirder the world could get.
We are being acclimatized to weirdness. Rage against the weirdness. Do a Howard Beale out your window right now, I would but my neighbours just say "Mick's not taking it anymore, it must be Wednesday".

  8. Mick: Exactly so. It's like a pandemic of mental illness has broken out.

  9. Your “pandemic of mental illness” reminded of a concept brought out during the COVID fiasco, Paco. It described how large groups of people accepted some behaviors, and even emulated them. Proposed by a reputable psychologist, and The media promptly tried to suppress it.

But I can’t remember the term. Dang it!

Do any of you recall it?

  10. Ok, my subconscious finally owned it …. Mass formation psychosis.

    That’s what we’re seeing nowadays.
