Everyone in Waters' district knows where she lives, and doesn't give a damn. "Gettin' some they own back" is what one (large) woman once said about it to a local El-Ay TV reporter.
The property is in her husband's name alone, and for some reason that makes it okay to the House Ethics Committee.
When I was a wee lad I had some cousins in Compton. In those days it was really quite nice. I played sandlot baseball with my cousins buddies. You know back when boys played pick up sports without helicopter moms.
Well, her constituents aren't gettin' any of their own back, that's for sure.
