I wish lifting the mask mandate would keep Lefty Democrats from wherever out of Texas. Unfortunately, they are already here and in positions of authority. The Governor's Declaration has resulted in a firestorm of city, business, and citizen responses. Our little town has declared an emergency in respinse to this crisis, and can impose a fine ($250. for second infraction) for not wearing a mask. There are 41 active cases, and 97 deaths according to the website, but it doesn't state whether that is Hondo or the County, nor the time period. Either way, These numbers are not a crisis in my book.
